The swim for the 70.3 Ironman is 1.2 miles= 88 laps(in pool) = 2200 yards. And I did it on Saturday July 9th for the first time! With five weeks left to go I decided that for a confidence booster I would just go and swim it. And I did. Woohoo! I feel better! I can be an Irongirl!
