Thursday prior to taper week for Yakima River Canyon Marathon

Warm up run. 4+ miles

CF Endurance run. Tosh=3x(200, 400, 600) with time rest. 3+ miles

Strength and Conditioning

4X 50 situps

10 pullups

25 barbell swings 20# (That's all I have. I hope to get a pood soon)

Feeling:

Tight left hamstring on run. Left heel also started to get sore last Tosh rep.

Still had lots of energy post workout and working today.

10 miler tomorrow. Ice ice babe!
