Finally there is sun!!

Yeah! The sun came out in Seattle!

Thursday Workout:
Run 5.22 miles which included 2 x half mile hill climb. (Walkers Hill Lake Stevens)

Friday Workout:
Run 7+ miles (my Garmin couldn't find the satellites!? You would think with no clouds that this would not happen. But I'm not complaining. It was sunny.)

CrossFit WOD
4 rounds of: (No time recorded. Just did it fast)
50 sit ups
10 shoulder dips

Felt great today.
Met with my triathlon coach yesterday (Mary Gandee from Blue Fire Fitness) to go over my 70.3 tri training plan. I kinda committed to lots of running races this summer which she has to incorporate into the plan. Sorry Mary. I look at it this way. I can use those races at TT's(Time Trials) or training runs. Right? I keep finding other races to do also. Trail races. No,no,no! I will say no, to myself. Promise. At least she will let me do Lords Hill Trail run this summer but only the 10 miler. No 31.1 for me for a while. Can't wait till fall.
But for now I have my sights on a half Ironman in August. Just got to swim better. I will start the plan next weekend. This is going to be fun!
