Wednesday April 6th

I took Tuesday off. I had too much to do and my body could use another day of a break. Shoot me.
Today it snowed! Today is April 6th, 2011 and it snowed here. Another day to put on my studded runners and get out there and run in it before it melted. I ran in my community and people here are so inconsiderate! It was slushy and I had three cars not even care to move over a bit or even slow down and they splashed me. I am not going to wave to any of these people again. I am friendly but if they are going to be like that then whatever! This made me so mad. Can you tell?
I ran 6.25 miles in the slosh and snow. My left heel started to get sore again at 4 miles on the way back. But over all it felt good. Now that I'm done with my MARATHON training I don't have to worry about the miles. I was planning on doing hill repeats, but it was a little slippery. Perhaps tomorrow.
My husband had the pellet stove going. Felt so good after a wet run!

Couple hours later I did the www.zombiefit.com wod from a few days ago.
10 rounds for time of:
5 burpees
5 handstand pushups
Time=6:41

I'm also trying to keep in mind that I'm doing the Marysville Crossfit Throw Down in May which will consist of three workouts. I need to work on my double unders too.

Too much non Paleo food today. Not every meal though. The cheese is hurting me.
