Monday, April 4th

Two day after my last marathon and I feel great. No going down the 14 steps in my house backwards or even sideways!
Ran/walked with a neighbors dog for two miles.
Then Crossfit work out.
3x15 Dumbell swings
3x10 pullups
3x15 hamstrings 10#
3x15 pushups
3x15 push press 2-10# dumbells
Feel great.
Swim in am?
