Missed my run last night due to the autobody place running late on giving me my car but my car looks so much better! No scratches or one eye lost. I love my beetle!
I did make it to Crossfit though. I miss going there and seeing everyone. And the WOD's too. Jay set me up with 95# to see if I can even do a clean and jerk with that much weight. Nope. Big Nope! I hurt my back too. At this point not sure if I will even attempt any of the WOD's tomorrow. Sucks being broke and not getting to the box and working on technique.

Not really happy with this time but considering I had an asthma/allergy attack, I did ok.
Monday: Swim
Good swim except for my breathing did not feel good. There has got to be some kind of technique for breathing and freestyle swim because I feel exhausted at only 300 yards. How am I going to swim 1.2 miles?

Tues: Bike, Run
Bike trainer in am. Watched tv and stood up on pedals on commercials(3min).
46 minutes
Run was on the Trail pm. 4 miles easy pace. Keep getting buzzed by the hummingbirds. Love Spring!
Wed: off
Thursday: Crossfit All In
WOD= As Many Reps As Possible in 6 minutes
15 Clean and Jerks(75#)
8 Handstand pushups(1 abmat under head)
2 rounds + 3 CJ's
Doing 75# for Sat.
Back is sore.
Friday: Run, Bike, Swim
Run on Trail. 45 min with strides every 5 min for 30 seconds. Was not sure if I could even run due to back. Was sore but got it done. Strides were a 7-7:15 ave pace. Slowed it down for the rest per coach.
Bike was a TT. Did 3 miles easy. Noted the 3 mile mark. Biked hard as I could to 3 mile start and then back to mark. 6 miles= 22.42 Not really sure if this is good or so so yet. I'll ask coach Mary tonight.
Total miles= 12.84
I massaged my back up against a curved bike rack on the trail. Made it feel better. Not a problem with the ride.
One problem was the rain!! Running in rain. Great. I'll run in anything. But biking in it and it's also only 45 degrees. Sucked! Would have done the trainer but I needed to do the Time Trial and I don't have a computer on my bike.
Swim tonight is another test. Hmmm Wonder if I improved. We'll see.
I put a Icy Hot pad on my back and had a nap earlier. Feeling a little better but still don't think I can do the workout tomorrow. I'll be there to cheer on my buds from Crossfit All In though!
