May is going to be busy! This week alone is full. I have a run to do this afternoon after I get my car back from the shop. Coming back from Spokane a rock hit and shattered my headlight and scratched the hood and front end of my beetle. I've been driving a Jeep this week and even had the top down yesterday going home! I get to run in rain today.
This evening I go to CrossFit and make sure I can lift a #95 barbell overhead! I have a competition with CrossFit on Saturday all day. It will consist of three workouts. The first two have be posted but the third one is a secret. I bet it will have some sort of run in it. It's an all day this. I need to take my bike with me so I can get my hour bike ride in between WOD's. I hope it helps to get the blood flowing in my legs to better do the WOD's. God help me!
Sunday I am running the Kirkland half marathon. Doing it for a long run verses for the race. I got free entry for volunteering at other races. I already warned my boss that I will be walking kinda slow come Monday.
Then it will be another busy week of training with a 5k race and another half marathon this month.
Luck for me I also get to go to a couple classes for work on two different Fridays. These CE( continuing education) courses are cutting into my training!
