
Week four left me no time to blog! Got my hill workout in too this week. The picture above is the road up to my house. I ran 5x1 min, 5x30 sec, 5x1 min with jogging in between. About 5 miles overall. Legs felt good the next day. Just a little soreness with my hamstrings.
I also went out on the bike course from last year. The new one loop course will be posted soon and I hear it will include that big hill north of Monroe. I am going to have the strongest legs!!
I have been messing with bike adjustments and I think I have what is comfortable. My hips were hurting a couple of weeks ago and a little seat adjustment helped.
I hope I can post more on here in the future. Just so busy with work and swimbikerun. It will be nice to look back and see how I felt.
