The CrossFit Challenge yesterday was so hard! I wanted to at least get passed 8 rounds and I surpassed that! I improved my reps by 32! Six away from getting 9 rounds. Part way through my throat was so dry but all that I could do was look at my water bottle and wish for the 15 minutes to be over so I could drink!Everybody did so well and those who repeated the WOD from six weeks ago got more reps this time around! The winner, Kayla, bested her previous by 72 reps! That is results babe! CrossFit works!
Good job everyone!
I went six weeks without drinking. 13 days till marathon. 13 more days of sobriety! I am tough!
