Saturday workout?

My heel felt good as I lay in bed stretching my toes. The big test was when I would get out of bed and walk on said heel. Humm Not too bad. I decided to wait till the rain stopped later in the day to figure out if I should run. By 12:oo I decided to erg! I hate that thing but it is good for me. If you ever want to challenge your cardio fitness then use a rowing machine for 30 minutes. I do it watching Ellen.

Erg= 3200 meters at 30:36 minutes
Not really that good. Ave split was 2:25.

Trying really to figure out if I have really bad allergies or a cold. When I got to the top of the Columbia Tower after the Big Climb, I sneezed half a dozen times. Monday at work, I sneezed all day. Now I can't even breath right I'm so stuffed up! Neti Pot did not help at all. This sucks! I had so many plans. I so hope I can run tomorrow. I'll just be blowing farmers hankies. Yuck!
At least my heel feels better tonight.
One week till my marathon. God help me!

I also plan on swimming tomorrow. We'll see if that happens. My head hurts from all the snot.
